Exhaust Hose Reels
COexhaust vehicle exhaust hose reels offer significant advantages and flexible uses for automotive mechanics, technicians, and other applications where the removal of fumes is required.
FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS
COexhaust vehicle exhaust hose reels can be used to store and manage exhaust hoses in garages and workshops. They can be outfitted with hoses rated to temperatures ranging from 160 degrees C to 1200 Degrees C.
The COexhaust EconoReel and SuperDuty exhaust hose reels are made of rugged components and feature a heavy-duty spring pack with a ratchet lock mechanism.
A fan can easily be mounted directly on the hose reel for added convenience. These reels can also be fitted with different nozzles made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or rubber.
Additional mounting options include an optional pivoting extension boom or sliding exhaust rail.
Sliding Exhaust Rail
The COexhaust Vehicle Exhaust Extraction Rail System (VEER) is an affordable and flexible solution for removing vehicle exhaust fumes from large areas, making it suitable for all types of workshops and mechanical repair facilities.
FEATURES AND APPLICATIONS
The Vehicle Exhaust Extraction Rail System (VEER) system eliminates the need for costly and infrequently used exhaust units, minimizing capital expenditures, and reducing heat and cooling losses. Furthermore, energy savings are realized because of smaller fan requirements.
The Vehicle Exhaust Extraction Siding Rail System uses a “simple crop” or hose reel that can slide along the rails, servicing multiple areas throughout the workshop. This makes the system highly cost-effective.
The rail system is connected to a control exhaust fan, which can be mounted to an external wall, on the roof, or from the beams. A spiral duct will connect to the end or middle of the rail and run to the central exhaust fan.
Exhaust Nozzles
Select from a wide variety of Exhaust nozzles when you choose COexhaust! We have developed a tailpipe nozzle to suit almost any vehicle. Choose from oval or round, 3′ to 12″ inlet diameters and connect to 3″ 4″, 5″ 6″, or 8″ hoses on reels or hose drops. We have nozzles for dual tailpipes available with either a clamp-on grip or an internal grip (grips the tailpipe from the inside to prevent scratching or damage). Our tailpipe adapters are made with either metal, stainless steel (for high temperature), or EPDM rubber. Most include a CO analysis port for exhaust gas testing. For central exhaust systems, you can select a tailpipe adapter that has a damper to reduce heating or cooling loss. Our patented hose handle prevents the mechanic from having to handle hot, dirty hoses.
Exhaust Extraction Fans
COexhaust EF-1, Direct Drive, 1 HP Exhaust Fans
Fan housings are manufactured from stamped sheet steel in 2 pieces and assembled using a high-pressure seal. The housing is powder-coated and includes a cast aluminum inlet with a plastic hose/duct connection (6") and outlet.
COexhaust EF-2, Direct Drive, 2 HP Exhaust Fans
Fan housings are manufactured from formed and rolled steel using a high-pressure seal. The housing is powder-coated and includes a cast aluminum inlet flange with an 8" connection and outlet.
COexhaust EF-3, Direct Drive, 3 HP Exhaust Fans
Fan housings are manufactured from formed and rolled steel using a high-pressure seal. The housing is powder-coated and includes a cast aluminum inlet flange with a 10" connection and outlet.
