Whirl Wet® is a high-efficiency industrial dust collector that efficiently traps particulate at efficiencies between 98% and 99%. It uses very little water and requires only minimal quantities of make-up water. Whirl Wet is self-cleaning, and will not allow fine particulate to form sludge on the exhaust vent interior.
The Whirl / Wet dust collector can be fabricated from several materials: homogenous, virgin-grade, UV-resistant polypropylene homopolymer, mild steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, mild steel, or PVC.
Packed Bed Tower Scrubbers
Tri-Mer vertical packed bed tower scrubber systems are ideal for the efficient removal of inorganic gases, odors, and fumes. They are well-suited as primary or secondary systems in conjunction with thermal oxidizers and are used in a series where there are multiple-contaminant gas streams.
Packed tower scrubbers are suitable for chemical processes, metal finishing, semiconductor manufacturing, and other industrial operations generating fumes and gases.
Optimum performance is achieved with systems that combine intimate gas/liquid mixing and low-pressure drop.
